To this today, I record my podcast, sometimes with guests that live 8 hours across the Pacific ocean, on a free app on my phone. I put my phone on ‘do not disturb’, plug in my headphones (no earbuds as I don’t want to microwave my brain!), and hit record. I don’t have a special microphone, equipment or read off a script.
