
In this episode, Jessica and I touch on the topic of spirituality. Spirituality is one of the main facets learned at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As a health coach, I like to include spirituality in my program to find out what a client feels really speaks to them. How does it improve their life? How can it help their overall health? And it's good to know that Spirituality can mean many different things for people. It can be a person's faith, it can be learning to really know oneself and finding purpose in life. The important thing to note about this topic is EVERYONE can benefit from having a Spiritual connection. It can provide peace, a sense of belonging, and allow you to achieve a balanced "head space."
