Your 20s is a weird time. No one knows what they are doing. There are so many different options you can take but it can be so overwhelming. Its a bit of a nuisance when you speak to people older than you and they repeatedly say “your 20s are the best years of your life”. 06. How to Make a Good First Impression

We always say "don't judge a book by its cover" but that is exactly what we do. Whenever we meet someone new for the first time, we innately categorise them in our brains before they even get the chance to open up their mouth.

Is this a bad trait or is this something that everyone does?

In today's episode, we discuss if first impressions TRULY matter, how to make a better first impression, the one small change we can all make to guarantee a connection can be made, and the importance of non-verbal communication.
