Ben is a registered dietician, a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a man that is here to battle the bullshit. Ben was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when he was 7 years old, and after being thrown into the fire, is determined to help and show others that they do not have to be chained down by this disease. Ben is on a mission to help others take control of their blood sugars, eat the things they think they can't, and start doing the things they've always wanted to do but have been held back because of their diabetes.
