
Many moments we feel like we cannot pour into ourselves or we convince self without even realizing that for some reason self contribution isn't something that can be fulfilled in anyway. When this feeling happens, why not channel what we can't, where we can? When we can't listen to our own emotions and feelings, we listen to others and allow them to have a shoulder to cry and an ear that s listening with an environment that's comforting. You just poured... maybe not to self but you poured into someone else.
Sometimes when we can't fill the cup with water its ok to be the water that fill's someone else's cup. Eventually we're able to be both. Ok I'm done with examples come and join us already!
