Life Sentence Adolescence
The Viral E-Girl Murder

In this first podcast I talk about the case of Bianca Devins. This case involves internet followers, incels, selfies at the scene, and the extreme emotional disturbance defense.

As with all episodes I want to pose the question: is this killer destined to be a violent criminal for life? Or did being a juvenile (in terms of biological development & brain function, social values, etc.) largely impact his behavior? Do you think with proper rehabilitation/support, this juvenile would grow up to be a law abiding citizen? Or do they need to be behind bars for the rest of their lives?

My personal opinion for this case: Option 1. Let me know what you think!
