Sophie and David chat about the golden rule in life; which is to take care of yourself.  Your first obligation is to self, so you may take care of and love others. Following the rules of caring for yourself is a necessity.  Your body is a miracle and built like a machine, when you honor it and take good care of yourself physically and mentally, you run at your optimum.  In order to avoid stress and anxiety, you need to realize that problems do not exist, it is about finding solutions.   Teaching this to your children at a young age, along with gratitude and sense of security is what breeds awareness and appreciation.
