Now, while we’re definitely in a celebratory mood for reaching this milestone, we decided to choose a very serious, necessary topic to close out with: Mental Health.  We know that this theme encompasses sooo many different subtopics, but in episode 10, we touch on the stigmas in the Black community, the effects of social media, the importance of showing up for our loved ones and more.
