Isaiah 40:31 " But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not be faint."

HOW incredibly Powerful is that scripture Single Parents?! I mean my spirit was lifted, just typing the message out. I felt renewed, hopeful even, which is a great Segway for this episode..

Those that wait.. whether you are a new to single parenting or not, strength feels like a lightyear away. There's never enough of it and it almost never feels like it's our turn to receive. Or is it?

Today, I want to know where your strength comes from. How do you get your adrenaline to push forward. What's the driver or force behind it? More importantly, how do you sustain it? In this episode, we dive right into it and I discuss my example of being depleted, but somehow getting renewed strength just when I am on the verge of giving up - trusting the ultimate SOURCE to see me through! I further pass along a few tips that will help you gain this same renewal, manage your tasks and calm your mind. We talk about getting those insurmountable tasks out of your head and into quick action.
