With the rise of social media, we start to live for the public eye and not for us. We are constantly creating versions of ourselves to impress the internet everyday. The need of approval and validation from the internet becomes an issue even more present in our day to day life : it's us caring a lot about what people think of us, and us caring about their perception of who we are. In this episode we'll be talking about trying not to care, what does it really mean in my opinion.
