New year's resolutions are a common tradition in which people commit to making positive changes in their lives. These resolutions can be related to personal growth, health, relationships, career, or other areas of life. Some examples of common new year's resolutions might include exercising more, eating healthier, saving money, learning a new skill, or traveling more. I have been here making new year resolutions in my 20s and failing badly within a week and blaming myself for how unworthy I was. But now, I am successful at not making any resolutions and only working on my goals and dreams no matter when I begin.
