Episode 4 - I Don’t Believe In Love

Love. How complicated it can sometimes be, but how beautiful it can also be.

TRIGGER WARNING, this episode is about domestic abuse. It is an important topic to bring to light and normalize talking about it. I know it's a dark topic on Valentine's Day, but it is one of the holidays where there is an increase in domestic abuse. So while some out there are experiencing a day of love, others out there are facing darkness.

This episode shares my story but also ends happily. The song "I Don't Believe in Love" shares the pain experienced and offers hope. I found my person, and he shows me daily what love is and what a difference from what I thought it was.

I also offer tips for spotting those red flags when getting involved with a new relationship and help those who need support in getting out of an abusive relationship. I hope this episode and my story send a message and help people out there who are facing abuse. PLEASE, visit mindreviatlized.com if you need support or call 1-437-800-2611. I am here for you.
