
Remember the New Year's resolutions you made at the start of the year.
Bet it’s happened before, probably loads of years before - that you made all these goals, start strong in January then fall off .
It gets to the end of the year ended up not making progress towards any of them and then at the end of it they're like I didn't achieve anything this year.
You almost forget what New Year's resolutions you even made.
And You wonder why your still in the exact same place but you haven't even actively checking up on those goals and making sure they're working towards them consistently and since so many people forget to actively check in on their goals I'm here to give you that reminder and talk you through some steps to make the most of the rest of the year.
