today, i'm letting you know the things that i constantly try to improve or get rid of in my life. these are the constant battles i have to face almost everyday. and you might be encountering them too. if you do, that's completely okay! these are not things that you can just tell yourself to forget and the next day they're gone. these are things that needs time to heal and eventually get gone.
the five things that i'd like to improve (or get rid of):
1. holding grudges
2. keeping silent when i have so much things to say
3. saying yes to things because i feel responsible for them (they're not my responsibility)
4. going back on that pessimistic loop (i thought i’ve gotten over with)
5. thinking that everyone around me hates me
