Nick and Kyle discuss discipline and focus. There is an old adage "whether you think you can or you can't you are right". A majority of society these days work, come home, watch TV, eat, take care of children (if they have them) and go to bed to repeat. There is not intentional action to grow. With intention comes results, those results are your wins. As those wins stack up you see a betterment in lifestyle. Tim Grover stated best, to WIN you can't have balance, you have to make it. You can have a great family life and great career. The mindless TV watching and scrolling on IG or FB you lose.
