I’m not really one to talk about these topics unless you’re really close to me, but I mean some of the topics we’ll be getting into are topics that people are afraid to talk about. And sometimes I ask myself why? These are natural topics, these are topics that we should probably talk about so anyone who’s going through them for the first time or has no idea about them, can learn. It’s just taboo topics and we were taught to keep them private and not talk about them.

So today, I’m going to try and break that barrier which sets the tone for my podcast and any future conversations that I will be having on here. I want my podcast and all my platforms to just be as open as possible. I want to be a friend or a sister to people out there like let's have a natural conversation about natural life happenings.
