In the 1st episode of Season 3 in Life Behind the Pitch we interview Steffan Jones. Jones is a former professional cricketer who played for Somerset, Northamptonshire and Derbyshire County Cricket Clubs. He is currently the director of Director of Sports Performance and Wellbeing. He is the fast bowling development coach for the Rajasthan Royals in the IPL as well as consulting for individual fast bowlers, javelin throwers and pitchers around the world. Lastly, he is the founder of PaceLab, the coaching platform which aim of educating and improving fast bowlers of all abilities and ages. Jones speaks with host, Aryan, about his cricket career, his thoughts on technology and cricket and finally how it is to be a fast bowler.
