LIFE does not stand still for any of us as we all know and have experienced.  We all know that LIFE will show us some things...some good and some not so good...but it's LIFE and we all have to walk it because we CAN NOT stand still and allow LIFE to pass us by.....LIFE will either walk all over you or you better walk it....and try to stay ahead of it as much as you possibly can with your physical, mental, emotional health & well-being.  None of us know what tomorrow may bring.....but we can give our LIFE all we have to give and some because we all have a purpose for being.  We CAN NOT take LIFE for granted....we only have ONE LIFE to LIVE. Let's allow LIFE and WISDOM SPEAK to us in everything we do towards a better mindset and LIFE.
