This week's guest is Alessandra Baldari, a senior at Yale Swim & Dive! 

She shares her experience with navigating the Ivy League Gap Year and how it has given her a new perspective as she enters her last year in the sport.  One meet in paticular changed her perspective towards the sport and many current swimmers may relate to this as they go into conference meets this year.
