Ep 04 Career Searching and Job Interview Tips w/ Matt Rogers

In this week's episode we sat down with Matt Rogers to talk about strategies and tips for finding a career, landing a job, and getting an internship!

Matt was an independent business owner and elite level swimming coach for almost 20 years before making a transition to Wealth Management where he is a Director of Recruiting for a firm in NYC.  He has trained a wide range of athletes in the gym as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and he has coached swimmers on the NCAA, National, and Olympic Trials level.  He now enjoys helping athletes find their own career path through his work as a recruiter and his own independent projects
