Este episódio apresentará estratégias para a construção de uma relação terapêutica mais eficiente com aqueles pacientes que costumam gerar dificuldades. As estratégias apresentadas são frutos de uma breve revisão sobre o tema e baseadas, principalmente, na abordagem "CALMER" (2004).
