Does the Bill of Rights overlap with organizational psychology? (ep 296)
We review the first 10 amendments to the Constitution and relate these to organizational psychology principles. We talk about freedom of expression, property rights, personal boundaries, and pushing the power down in the organization as far as it can go. While the Constitution structures the government to prohibit abuse of power, the Bill of Rights clarifies the individual liberty of the citizen.
