I am a Hedonist.
I was channelled this once by a mentor.
I knew what a Hedonist was, but I only knew of it ion the context of sexuality, which at the time turned me off because I hadn’t yet explored my sexuality.
I’ve always had this yearning desire to feel the deep intoxication of ecstasy in my body.
On some level, I’ve always known it was possible.
My body’s capacity for pleasure is unbound.
So is EVERY body.
Our physical body is an instrument. The more we open our senses and follow our hearts pulls, the more life and love we can feel running through our veins.
That’s what we’re truly desiring; oneness and union that our heart deeply yearns for, flooding our body.
I believe pleasure is the revolution the world needs.
Not in a sexual context (although that will be a delicious byproduct!), pleasure in our everyday life, in our friendships, in our work, in everything.
It’s the actual richness we’re craving.
Amplified pleasure.
I used to think this needed to come through a “deep dive” into my emotions.
Actually that only brought me more contraction and “pain”.
Satisfaction and pleasure is actually a sequence of gentle surrenders open.
A softening❤️
Pleasure
It’s the gateway to the satisfaction we’re all truly yearning for.
