This episode is a live date night episode with Randolyn Mckinstry owner of Mckinstry & Co Candle Shop.

Randolyn McKinstry was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA.

She is a proud HBCU Alumni of Johnson C. Smith University in North Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration & Management. She is currently a student in pursuit of her Masters’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at Bethune-Cookman University. She has a true passion for leading by example and staying true to who she is as a woman who loves to see others succeed and help whomever she can in the process. McKinstry & Co. was founded in 2019 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Randolyn took her passion and love for candles and turned it into a business and a brand of her own. Her candle company is the light to so many paths for her life and a segue into her business dreams.
