LET’S TOAST 第二季第二十三集- 創會新手村，加速孵化版——專訪「蘭來開講」分會會長 Michael黃兵善
帶著「想為宜蘭這片土地做些什麼」的心意，Michael黃兵善會友召集了團隊，創立了以英文、台語為主的「蘭來開講」演講會，無論是想學習英語培養國際視野，或學習台語了解在地文化，都可以從中受益。
「從『學習動機』出發吧！想要一個學習環境，就去創造那個環境！」兵善這麼勉勵聽眾與演講會的新會友。「蘭來開講」不僅是宜蘭第一演講會，更以地方創生、青銀交流的理念為宜蘭在地注入能量。
創會如同創業，一路走來並不容易，除了熱忱，更需要志同道合的團隊同行，而激勵鼓舞、聆聽回饋、彼此關心、共同成長、友伴情誼等等都是演講會的核心價值，兵善與他的團隊也透過「蘭來開講」演講會將這些價值付諸行動！
