You know you have to seek help, but you decided to just suck it up because deep down, you believe there’s always a catch. No one helps just for the sake of being helpful.
It ended up taking so long to figure things all out, and you felt like you were falling behind…

In this episode, we have the opportunity to hear from Chew Chie Yeoh, a born and raised Malaysian currently based in Taiwan. She talks about how she, as an introvert, decided to step out of her comfort zone to join a public-speaking community in a foreign country, and achieve exponential growth through mentoring.
From her story, we get to explore the key differences between coaching and mentoring, whether mentoring is for everyone, and most importantly, how to take that first step to finding a mentor.
