for the first, i'll explain the meaning of the realistic. Realistic is someone who has a good understanding of the reality of a situation and understands what will be and cannot be done. Realistic also has principles for future life plans. this's certainly different from idealistic people.
literally, realistic people will not force a situation to be in accordance with their idealistic standards, but choose to know the limits of the ability of the goal to be achieved.
