Heyyy everyone, hope this episode was helpful and informative, I am going to leave some healthy food lists below to get inspiration from. Check it out if you'd like some ideas.

Protein

Vegetarian:

  • Moong dal (green gram)
  • Masoor dal (red lentils)
  • Chana dal (Bengal gram)
  • Rajma (kidney beans)
  • Chickpeas
  • Soy chunks / soybeans
  • Paneer
  • Greek yogurt / hung curd
  • Cow’s milk (toned or skim)
  • Peanuts (in moderation)
  • Almonds, walnuts
  • Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
  • Besan (gram flour)
  • Tofu (great in stir-fries)

Non-Vegetarian:

  • Eggs (whole and whites)
  • Chicken breast (grilled/boiled)
  • Fish (rohu, pomfret, salmon)

Fiber

  • Brown rice / red rice
  • Whole wheat roti / multigrain roti
  • Bajra (pearl millet)
