This is introduction to our new podcast. We will talk about different mental health issues throughout this journey and will try to bring light to some topics that some people are unaware of. We may do this podcast lightheartedly, as we are best friends, but we are still considerate of those who have issues regarding their mental health and are fully aware of the struggles.
