In this episode, Amanda sits down with Aishah Sonekan, a third-year Psychology Co-op student with a Minor in Business at Brock University. Aishah shares her experience as a Residence Don, a Brock University Students' Union Board of Directors member, her on-campus community engagement, and being an international student. Aishah was named the Residence Life Conference Case Study Competition winner in 2022. She shares her thoughts and feelings about this award. Aishah walks us through her journey as an international student and adjusting to Canada. She has been heavily involved with the Brock community with on-campus jobs and clubs.
