About Jaime Messini:

Jaime is a Boston native who resides in St. Petersburg, FL. She received her degree in Sociology at North-eastern University. Having overcome anxiety and depression herself, she became passionate about sharing the tools she learned with others so that they could do the same. Her experiences and gifts led her to a career in mindset and empowerment coaching. Jaime is certified in Neuroencoding which is a process that uses the nervous system to reprogram the brain. Through this incredibly powerful process that is the culmination of everything she has learned, she aims to help a million+ people shift their internal story from one that is holding them down and restricting their growth to one that allows them to live the life of their dreams. As of late, she is specifically using this process to support and coach women who are coming to terms with their sexuality later in life. This ultimately led to her founding Club Lilles, a Facebook group that supports LGBTQ women who are coming out later in life.
