Now that school is back in session - one of the best things you can do is find your nearest salt room. It has really changed my life! I don't get as sick as I used to with school germs and allergies. It has also helped me work through anxiety. On today's episode I am so excited to talk to my friend Felicia Paredes - Owner of the Salt Room of Oveido.
