She inspires, trains and coaches in her own spicy way about customer-centricity. She guides business (r)evolutions with strategic and operational advice on the steep climb to truly customer-oriented thinking and acting.
She is driven by her passion to make people work together. This is why she has started building a strong CX expert community in Belgium and make CX a globally respected profession. She is also a judge for the international CX awards.
