
This event shed light on how climate change affects public health in Wisconsin. It highlighted the current initiatives aimed at curbing the detrimental effects of climate change, and examined ways to shield Wisconsinites from further climate-induced health risks. The discussion also included the recent revisions to air pollution standards and other measures taken by the Biden administration, which could potentially alleviate the climate impacts. Attendees were informed about steps they could take to accelerate progress in addressing climate change and its implications for public health.
