Sakshi Gupta is a fitness mentor and a passionate dancer from Bhopal. at a very young age, she got a taste of fame and the commercial industry. After which she decided to invest more to train and help other artists to find themselves just like how her mother helped her.

After her mother passed away during this lockdown she found herself at a deep point of life and with a lot of baggage. Listen to this episode to know more, about how she lifted herself and went through a crazy transformation from that deep point to this beautiful Fitness Mentor who is now teaching to students from all over the world.
