We shared our view on redundancy packages, what to watch out for if you unfortunately get into this situation. Karen shares her own experience with being made redundant in the early stages of her career. The silver lightning of it all is watch our colleagues and friends make the most of this season of their life to reflect, pivot and pursue different paths.

We also address a big question that many are asking at the moment - is a career in tech still worth is and what to watch out for in terms of the next areas of opportunities!
