In this episode I talk with wildlife specialist Jacqueline Liptak at the Habitat within the Flamingo hotel and casino in Las Vegas. Jackie is originally from Ohio and graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor of biology focusing on zoology and a bachelor of science in education. She has been in the animal field since 2007 when she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. She has been working at the Flamingo habitat for almost 17 years.
Between work and her animals at home, Jackie is constantly surrounded by animals. In her spare time she loves cuddling with her cats, enjoying all the Las Vegas entertainment, reading, and trying to feed the starving artist with her.
