Don is a certified wildlife biologist and Professor Emeritus of Wildlife Conservation at the University of Rio Grande. One of his main endeavors since the mid 1990's has been the southern flying squirrel in Southeast Ohio. Don allows for citizens to go out monitoring with him for a very unique hands-on experience.
