In this episode, I have a conversation with Nola Conner about body image. We talk about how God has called us to take care of our bodies by caring for them properly. With this, we discuss the purpose of food in our lives, and how we can eat in a way that glorifies God. We also talk about the topic of comparison in body image and how we can better be who God created each of us uniquely to be.
