Welcome to Season 3 my loves! I had the pleasure of inviting Amanda Castilone in this 2 part series. Amanda is a medicine woman, healer and a somatic embodiment mentor who works with women in owning their full expression, deep embodiment and self-leadership.

Part I of this series is all about Amanda’s background as a somatic embodiment coach AND Amanda’s thought process and decision to do a free birth or wild pregnancy. We recorded this episode in February 2023 back when she was 6 months pregnant.

In Part II, which will air next week, we recorded in September of 2023 about 4 months after Amanda gave birth at home with her husband. In part II, you can expect to hear what Amanda’s free birth at home was like and tips for women who are considering it.
