Say with me: "I embrace Tribulation and Trials equally."

Get ready to breathe either to wake up or fall asleep.

I woke up at 4 am and decided to record the bulk of the EP in my ALPHA STATE- You can read more about the De Silva Method. I use it and continue to use it. I recite poetry from A Coloured- I curated titled BLENDED in Girl book.
