This is a selection of Psalm 86, 142, and 143. I went through the Psalms a few days after the murder of George Floyd. I was trying to process what was happening in my country and my city. These Psalms gave space and words for the hurt, pain, fear, and confusion I was seeing and experiencing. I hope this can be a similar help to you.
