Few things are certain in life.  “Death and taxes” as the saying goes.  Well, people often forget the awesome third certainty that “before long, a new Batman cartoon will be made”.  Here we are on the precipice of the release for the latest,  Batman: Caped Crusader.  This time around, set in 1940s Gotham City, where we will see Batman at the very beginning of his crusade against crime.  Coming from the minds of Bruce Timm, J.J.
