After starting OUTREACH, my wife (Amy) and I had our first child meaning Amy had to take a step back from the business. We came up with the idea for me to start a podcast so I could have meaningful conversations with industry leaders to share with Amy. Having started OUTREACH together in 2020, we are now one of the leading social media talent agencies in the UK with a roster spanning tens of millions of followers and a multi 7 figure turnover.
