Is there freedom of speech in Nepal? Is there freedom of expression in Nepal? Do the citizens have any rights or should we be scared of the State, scared of the police? Will I get arrested for a joke? Pranksters getting arrested, getting arrested for a review of a movie, rap songs being forced to take down, and mainly, any words or phrases "against the state". There are so many cases like these occurring in Nepal. Are we considered traitors simply for saying something about or against the President/Prime Minister?
