As you might already know, there has been a boom in podcasts in Nepal recently. Some are good, some need work. Some are about a topic, some are about any topic. Some are consistent, some are not. Some are........... But what are podcasts? What is a podcast? What essence is necessary for it to be a podcast? Is an interview a podcast? If yes, then news channels doing interviews are also doing podcasts right? I don't know. Which is why I wanted to do an episode with a popular podcaster I respect highly, Anup Ghimire from The Doers Podcast. we talk about our differing views on what a podcast really is and what it really needs (not that I am an expert in this in any way). Maybe a podcast is just guff, or maybe it is a little bit more. We try to scratch the surface to find the essence. I hope you listen to this episode and gain some insight.
