Retail Ridiculousness

This week I'm with my good friend and lookalike Zak Piper!

We delve into the topic of retail and how certain experiences and various marketing elements cause us to either love or hate our shopping experiences. Zak is an assistant retail manager for the WIU Bookstore.

Most importantly we ask what superpower we'd both want to make mundane retail tasks easier - spoiler - I go rogue and pick a villain move!
