I suppose, the ups and downs of life as they relate to places of growth and stress for our different enneagram types, when we know about them, how helpful that is, bBecause then we can go, “oh, I feel this way, that is so counter to who I usually am., why do I feel that way and how do I get out of it?” At Leeds Sanctuary, we run popular Retreat Days and a Book Club all about The Enneagram - an ancient personality typing tool which many people still find helpful and relevant today!
