The Enneagram Series: Type Three - "The Achiever"
WHAT IS IT LIKE TO BE AN ACHIEVER? “As we're having these conversations, I'm really struck by how these periods of stress, when we're aware of them, can actually be really empowering. I suppose, the ups and downs of life as they relate to places of growth and stress for our different enneagram types, when we know about them, how helpful that is, bBecause then we can go, “oh, I feel this way, that is so counter to who I usually am., why do I feel that way and how do I get out of it?” At Leeds Sanctuary, we run popular Retreat Days and a Book Club all about The Enneagram - an ancient personality typing tool which many people still find helpful and relevant today! In this podcast series, join Emily and Anna as they discuss the strengths and challenges of each Enneagram type, their core motivations and fears, defence mechanisms, and tips for being emotionally healthy over stressed and burnt out. This episode focuses on Enneagram Type Three, "The Achiever". Let us know if anything you hear resonates with you!
