Episode #8 - Creator of Gripedo - Emre Bardakci

To look more into what we were talking about on this podcast go to Gripedo's main website

https://www.gripedo.com

There is a reason why this episode was 2 hours long plus a bonus episode of Emre and I talking before the episode.

He is a super genuine guy and had so much to discuss. I can see why customer service is so great at his company. He sets the high standard to keep people happy with his passion and product.   What is this Gripedo you ask?  Well it is one piece of equipment that can help out with tennis elbow and also improve your grip by activating the fingers and more of a stretched out position.  We are so used to gripping dumbbells and barbells at the gym and that only works a little bit of your forearm and hands. But put your hand on  one of these and find out how healthy your grip and hands can become.

If you check out his Instagram page, you will see that his invention has made across all major sport platforms.  His main focus with this tool is for the Grapplers of the world, since he was a high level Judoka. I encourage everyone who has forearm problems and also needs to work on grip, this is the answer to most problems.

Emre Studied Biomedical Engineering and has even written a book called, Strength Revolution: Unconventional Guide to Strength and Conditioning.
