I sat down with Miles Lukas , who earned his Blackbelt in Jiu Jitsu under Dave Camarillo (Guerilla Jiu Jitsu) and took steps necessary to become certified directly under Wim Hof for the power of breathing. Miles says it best in the podcast that we all know how to breathe , but just like the muscles we train at the gym to become stronger, you must do the same with your lungs. I have personally taken his zoom class due to the current situation that we face, but I look forward to going to one of his live seminars to experience both Breathing techniques and Ice Bath Submersion. Personally I believe all of us can benefit from this especially in the grappling world even if you do his beginner zoom class. Since this interview I wanted to do this exercise every morning to start my day to give Miles feedback later on.
